Food Safety Tips

• Use a meat thermometer to measure the internal temperature of

  cooked meat ensuring that meat is cooked thoroughly.

• Unless the cooking instructions advise otherwise, thoroughly

  defrost all frozen food before cooking.

• Follow the cooking instructions on the packaging to cook food to

  it's proper temperature. Remember to do this when you're heating

  up leftovers as well.

• Cook raw ground beef until it reaches 160°F.
