ExpressRX - Osco Pharmacy Automated Prescription Line

It's easy to use!
Simply have your refillable prescription bottle(s) available before calling and dial your Osco Pharmacy. Using your touch-tone telephone, you will enter your prescription number as the Osco Automated Prescription Line easily prompts you through the order process.

Save time!
Whenever possible, please phone in your refill in advance. The Osco Automated Prescription Line will accept your prescription refill requests 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Your pharmacist will have your order ready at the time specified by the Osco Automated Prescription Line.

The Osco Automated Prescription Line is easy to use. Just follow the easy instructions below.

Step 1: Prescription Information
Have your prescription bottle(s) or information ready.

Step 2: Call the Pharmacy
Dial your Osco Pharmacy. Find the number to the Osco Pharmacy of your choice.

Step 3: Select Option
Using buttons on your phone, select one of the following options:

• Press "2" to REFILL A PRESCRIPTION
• Press "3" for PHARMACY HOURS
• Press "0" to SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF THE PHARMACY STAFF

Step 4: Prescription Refills
If you press "2" to REFILL A PRESCRIPTION, the Automated Prescription Line will ask you to:

• Enter the prescription number located in the upper left corner
of the prescription label.
• Verify the last name on the prescription for confirmation and
accuracy.

Step 5: Additional Prescriptions
You may request multiple prescription refills during a single call.

Step 6: Prescription Ready Time
When you have finished requesting refills, the Automated Prescription Line will announce the pick up time for your prescription(s). When finished, simply hang up the phone.
