Grab the skewers and the grill! These tasty tailgating kabobs are surefire hits for the pre-game cookout. If you're tailgating at home or homegating, you can simply have these ready, grill them on the spot, or keep them ready in the oven.

- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water while the chicken is marinating.
- Cut the chicken breast into 1- 1½ inch cubes and transfer to a bowl.
- Add the olive oil and lemon juice dill, salt, and pepper to the chicken – mix well and marinate the chicken the refrigerator while you prep the vegetables.
- Cut the bell pepper and onion into 1 inch cubes and set aside.
- Heat grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.
- Drain marinade from the chicken and discard. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers in a colorful rainbow pattern.
- Grease grill with olive oil to avoid sticking.
- Place the chicken kabobs on the grill and cook for 7-10 minutes, turning the chicken over half way though the process. Chicken is done when a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 165°F.
- Serve with lemon wedge and fresh chopped dill on top and pair with a glass of Bota Breeze Pinot Grigio to complement the flavors.
